Stuffed peppers with patladazhan

Ingredients
500 g peppers
500 g eggplant
3-4 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tomatoes
1 tbsp vinegar
parsley
salt
100-150 g cheese
Method
Peppers are roasted and peeled. Eggplant Bake, peel and finely crushed. Add crushed garlic, the oil, vinegar and chopped parsley. The mixture is filled pods arranged tightly in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and baked.
