Ingredients
4 zucchini
2 boiled sausage
100 g feta cheese
1/2 cup red wine
1 tomato
1 onion, red pepper,
pepper, savory
Method
Courgettes are dug and steamed in hot water. Allow to boil for 2-3 minutes. The core of zucchini cut into in small pieces and fry with chopped onion. Add diced cooked sausage, wine, tomatoes, red and black pepper, savory, salt. Courgettes are filled, sprinkle with feta cheese and bake in a moderate oven until ready.
