Vanilla cream with cottage cheese

Ingredients
400 g cottage cheese
400 ml milk
100 g sugar
40 g starch
1 egg
1 vanilla
Method
The cottage cheese is passaged through a colander and mix with a mixer or blender. Add a little of the milk and sugar and is again broken. From the rest of the milk, sugar, egg, vanilla and starch is boiled on the stove cream. Allow to cool well, then mix with the cottage cheese. The cream is served well chilled. You can garnish with fruit of your choice.
