Veal kidneys with tomato sauce - II type

Ingredients
2 veal kidneys
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1-2 onions
1 cup wine
1 cup grated tomatoes
flour for rolling
pepper and salt
Method
Kidneys thoroughly wash and cut into thin strips. Add salt is sprinkled with pepper and leave to stand for 1-2 hours. Chopped onion stew, add kidney rolled in flour and cover with a lid to stew. When kidneys pozaparzhat pour the wine and add the tomatoes. Stew on low heat until the fat remains.
