Veal in Scottish

Ingredients
600 g veal
50 g butter
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
2 sprigs parsley
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
100 g mushrooms
pepper
salt
broth
Method
Cut the meat into slices, rolled in flour mixed with salt and pepper, fry in a hot butter on both sides and pour broth. Vazvaryava and stew for 45 minutes. Add lemon juice, chopped mushrooms, salt and stew until soft. Ready slices sprinkled with chopped parsley.
