Zucchini with potatoes and mushrooms

5 zucchini
5 large potatoes
300 g mushrooms
300 g feta cheese
200 g cheese
1 bunch of parsley, garlic, fennel and onion
100 ml sunflower oil
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
500 ml milk
50 g butter
1 tsp baking soda
Potatoes are boiled for half an hour after the water boil. Peel and grate. Courgettes are also grated, salted and leave in a colander for 1 hour to drain the water. Potatoes and courgettes confused with chopped onions, dill, parsley and garlic. Add crumbled feta cheese, the oil, flour, bread crumbs, milk, baking soda, salt and pepper. Mushrooms cut into slices and sauté in the butter with pepper and salt. From the prepared mixture half spread in a greased baking pan. Then put stewed mushrooms and the other half on top of the mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees, about 50 minutes - until browned. Remove and sprinkle with cheese pre-planed and again bake until browned cheese. * Optional to the mix can be added ham instead cow feta cheese - mozzarella.
