Baked breaded chops with yogurt

Ingredients
4 pork chops
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
250 g yogurt
1 egg
flour
pepper, salt
Method
Chops are washed, dried and crushed. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, and left to rest for 10-15 minutes. Onion cut into cubes. Cloves garlic pressed and mixed with yogurt. Egg mix with a little water. Steaks are dipped in egg, then in flour. Fry on both sides until browned. Arrange in a baking dish and sprinkle with onions. Pour the yogurt and put to bake 20 minutes at 200 C. Serve with steamed potatoes.
