Method
Lime is washed with hot water and dry. Grate is sheet and squeeze the juice. In a pan melt the butter, add the juice and rind of lime, rum, cinnamon, sugar and boil. The bananas are peeled, and each was cut into 4 portions - once longitudinally and then directly. Put in the pan and sauté for 5 minutes over low heat, as from time to time pour the sauce. Two types of cream are broken and mixed with liqueur. In bowls are placed on 4 pieces of banana with a little of the sauce. Coconut baked in a pan and sprinkle them with bananas. The cream is served separately.
