Boiled, fried, baked potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg of potatoes (10 medium potatoes)
50 g duck lard, pork lard or sunflower oil
Method
Heat the oven to 200 C. Peel the potatoes and cut into halves . If you are larger - quarters. Put them in a saucepan, pour water and add a pinch of salt. Cook for about 4 minutes. Drain well. The fat is heated to a baking dish. When it begins to sizzle, put the potatoes fry for a few minutes, stirring until the start browning. Then baked for about 30 minutes, taken out and turned. They returned to constipation and other side about 30 minutes until they are crispy and golden.
