Bread with yeast - I type

Ingredients
2 kg of flour
40 g yeast
250 g butter
salt
Method
In the middle of sifted flour is made well, which put podhvanatata yeast, salt and lukewarm water. The dough is kneaded well, put it in a greased pan with butter, cover with a clean cloth and leave in a warm place to rise (to rise). Then immediately put in the oven to bake. When the pita is red, smeared with slightly salted water and dopicha. After removal from the oven wrapped with a napkin, as the four corners of the napkin collect (advocate) in the middle of the pita and there placed solnichka with colorful salt. Serve hot.
