Ingredients
500 g flour
1 tbsp salt
20 g yeast
1 tsp sugar
500 g minced meat
100 ml sunflower oil
4-5 onions
spices of your choice

Method
Insert it rise yeast with sugar, 1-2 tbsp flour and a little warm water. Sift the flour, mixed with salt and add yeast and finished gradually lukewarm water until form average hardness dough. Can be used and prepared bread dough. In the oil and 1-2 tbsp water stew chopped onion, add the minced meat. After pozaparzhi and it cooled down slightly and add the spices (black pepper, savory, colorful salt, cumin - who like any spice). The dough is shaped balls in the middle put 1 tbsp full stuffing. Arrange off in greased pan and bake in a moderate oven.

These products may be prepared a cake. In this case, divide the dough into two halves that Roll-size baking pan. Half roll out the bottom of the greased pan, top distribute minced meat, cover with other half of dough and pinch the ends well.
