Chocolate layered cake with caramelized nuts

Ingredients
# For one base:
3 eggs
100 g sugar
100 g flour
1 tbsp cocoa
# For the cream:
250 g butter
180 g sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
2 egg whites
# For the syrup:
150 g sugar
# For Kroc:
100 g sugar
50 g ground walnuts
Method
Eggs are broken with sugar until blanching and add the flour and cocoa, pre-sieved. The whole was stirred and poured into a large baking dish, covered with paper. Bake in a moderate oven. Optional can be made 2 H 4 or the base with 3 eggs. Egg whites are broken down to the cream with the sugar on snow. Separately, mix the butter foam and a little added of beaten whites and cocoa. If cross, the mixture should be slightly warm. sugar and 250 ml water for the syrup boil 5 minutes. Sugar for Kroc is caramelized and add minced meat walnuts. Pour into an oiled pan and once cool, hammered in small pieces. Baked bases slightly syrupy and stick with cream and caramelized nuts. Top and sides of cake smeared with cream and caramelized nuts.
