Croquettes of fish, rice and potatoes

Ingredients
400 g clean fish ready minced meat fish
1/2 cup Rice
3-4 potatoes
lemon juice
pepper
salt
2 eggs
Flour
breadcrumbs
2 tbsp grated cheese
25 g butter
vegetable oil for frying
Method
Fish cut in small pieces (finished or mince) are sprinkled with lemon juice, salt and pepper and left in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Rice fry in the butter, until translucent, pour in 1 and 1/4 cup water, add salt and stew over low heat 15 minutes, until absorb the water. Cook potatoes and warm Strain or smash with a fork. Mix fish, rice, potatoes, 1 egg, cheese and pepper. Knead well and the dough is made croquettes, which PANIC consistently in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry in very hot vegetable oil, while caught crust.
