Croquettes mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients
600 g mushrooms
4 eggs
1 cup milk
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
100 g cheese
bread crumbs and flour for rolling
sunflower oil for frying
pepper
salt
Method
Mushrooms are washed and boiled in a little water until soften, drain and finely. Flour fry in the butter, diluted with milk and boil, stirring constantly, until a thick mixture. Once cool, add it to the mushrooms, grated cheese, pepper, salt and 2 eggs. The mixture is stirred well and it shaped croquettes. PANIC consecutively in flour, beaten egg, breadcrumbs and eggs again. Fry to redness and served immediately.
