Ingredients
4 kg ready tomato paste
250 ml sunflower oil
350 g vinegar
400 g sugar
3 tbsp crushed savory
10 g pepper
10 g cumin
1 tsp cinnamon, allspice, cloves, indiysdko nutmeg and coriander (crushed)
salt
Method
In a large bowl pour the tomato puree, put it on the stove and when it boils add all spices. Stew about 10 minutes while stirring continuously so as not to burn. Fill bottles with size of your choice. Sterilize 10 minutes.

The recipe is very good, filled it with slight variations in spices, ketchup prefer slightly sweet stifle it in the pan in the oven, so do not have to constantly churn and there is no danger to burn

In this recipe my aunt makes ketchup every year. More palatable'm not eaten.
