Leshnikovo tiramisu

1 tbsp instant coffee
3 tbsp caster sugar
125 ml cooking cream
250 g feta cheese Mascarpone
240 g biscuits
50 ml liquor
25 g coarsely grated dark chocolate
70 g chopped roasted hazelnuts

Coffee and half of the sugar is dissolved in 160 ml hot water. Liquor was added and the mixture was cooled. Meanwhile, cream and remaining sugar is broken down into soft snow. Add the feta cheese and mix everything well with a wooden spoon. Biscuits soaked in cold kafeena mixture. Arrange in a rectangular pan (shape) of a row. Sprayed with the rest kafeena mixture. Top distributed creamy mixture. Finally sprinkle with hazelnuts and chocolate. Tiramisu was placed in a refrigerator to cool for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

Yesterday I had to order tiramisu. I did it in this recipe that I saw the fastest. It turned out very tasty. Only increased the amount of sugar. There are pictures.

I do podpbno tiramisu, but with brown sugar and cream in January replace with fresh mlyakosashto and about fifty grams white sirenepri mascarpone. Arrange a few lines. I added photos.

mascarpone sometimes replacing it with feta cheese type.
