Mackerel in green sauce

Ingredients
3 large mackerel
3 allspice berries
10 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1 cup yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 bunch parsley
1/4 bunch of dill
1 tbsp basil
1 boiled egg
salt, pepper
Method
In a deep saucepan boil 2-3 cups water with spices. Mackerel are cleaned and, if necessary, be cut into two or three smaller pieces. Place in a saucepan Cover with the lid and leave for 15 minutes (this method of processing fish is called poaching). Products Strain the sauce. Poached fish is removed from the pan and once cool, clean bones. Fish fillets pour the sauce and serve. Suitable side dish is potato salad.
