Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
500 ml milk
50 g onion
60 g butter or margarine
5 g paprika
100 g flour
salt
Method
The milk is boiled and It poured at least flour, stirring continuously, to avoid the formation of lumps. After boiling for 10 minutes, the slurry removed from the fire and to it add the onion previously chopped and stewed in fat with red pepper, crumbled feta cheese and salt to taste. Serve with crushed dry bread.
