Carrots and onions grate a medium grater. Peel tomatoes and cut into cubes. In a pan heat up, 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil. Carrots and onions are put in the pan and fry. Add beer and allow it to boil off. Add diced tomato, garlic cloves (not peeled). Add uni sauce and then it cut peppers into strips. Fry some more, and tap low 3 eggs. The entire plate was covered with a lid and waiting so 8 minutes. Then sprinkle with coarsely grated feta cheese, and was capped again. After 5 minutes, remove the lid, sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Having put cheese fry / cook another 15 minutes? What happens to the egg during this time? It meanwhile boil more than 20 minutes, right? Do not become stringy protein and trichav yolk? The recipe is interesting as a whole, like a pot in a pan. I personally beer and unisos I seem out of place, according to my taste beer suits meats and unisos not even know what it is, but so fresh spices (onion, garlic, carrot, tomato, pepper, parsley) seems unnecessary to add things.

Unisos an aqueous solution of monosodium glutamate. This is flavor, which is an integral part of soups, broths, spices and other similar products. Personally, I avoid it because it is not particularly useful.

I take note of the remark, Aliana, I do not know why I wrote 15 minutes after it had to write five minutes. But beer and uni sauce, which encapsulates the fifth taste *omami* becomes a very very tasty. It is not true that beer is only for meat, we can argue on the subject ... :)

Aaaa, no, I do not want to argue, I explicitly wrote *According to my taste* :)))))))))) You know what they say Russians: On taste and color Comrade net :))))
