Nettle soup with yogurt

Ingredients
400 g nettle
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 large potato
100 g rice
1 tbsp paprika
150 g yogurt
1 egg
pepper, salt
Method
Nettle is cleared infused in hot water and cut into small pieces. Onion and garlic finely and with nettles sauté, add the red pepper and to fry. Insert the water, chopped potatoes and rice, add salt and pepper. When ready remove from heat and soup thickener made from yogurt and egg.
