Pasta with Bechamel

Ingredients
200 g spaghetti
tomato sauce (puree)
sausage of your choice, diced
savory, colorful salt
200 ml sauce Béchamel
cheese

Method
Boil pasta in salted water, washed on cold running water in a colander. Already drained spaghetti is poured into the pan, pour in tomato sauce (puree), sprinkle of savory, add the sausage and pour bechamel. Abundantly sprinkled with grated cheese and finally with colored salt. Bake in preheated moderate oven to grilling cheese.

Today I made them for dinner, skip the tomato sauce, but I added cheese, very tasty!

Because a combination of tomato sauce and bechamel they amaze. Elusive, you're right, that does not wash spaghetti, but in this case, because after washing are not served immediately and subjected to another heat treatment, do not think that plays a big role. Today I made them again ,, this time and put tomato sauce. I did some more additions - fat zaparzhih garlic and then I added smoked ham and olives when the sauce boiled shredded it cheese to melt. It was very tasty. I did not bake them for lack of time, and straight mingling them with the sauce in the pan. Heat the grated cheese on top is melted. The recipe is very good.
