Pastry with cherry jam

Ingredients
4 eggs
120 g butter
120 g sugar
200 ml milk
700 g flour
14 g of dry yeast (2 packets)
pinch of salt
optional - raisins and lemon peel

Method
Sifting the flour through a sieve. Mix the yeast. Do well in it - add the eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt. Add milk and melted butter. Knead a soft dough. Let rise 40-50 minutes. Spend balls of dough, Roll and cut the triangles. In any triangle put sweet, roll and fold the edges to the filling does not leak. Arrange in a greased and sprinkled with flour pan, greased muffin with beaten yolk. We leave them to rise for another 30 minutes. Bake at 180C until browned.
