Ingredients
600 g yogurt
400 g cucumber
200 g beetroot
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cloves garlic
salt
dill

Method
Red beets are boiled until soft and passaged. Yogurt stir, add 300 ml water and red beets. Cucumbers shred and add to mixture. Add pressed garlic and chopped dill. Season with salt and sunflower oil.
