Pizza with turkey, mushrooms and oregano

# For the dough:
500 g flour
25 g fresh yeast
pinch of sugar
2 pinches salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup water
200 g turkey ham
150 g of tomato paste
200 g mushrooms mix
pinch of rosemary, 2 pinches of oregano
2 cloves garlic

The test does the following way: in the water (at room temperature) mix the yeast, sugar, salt and the oil. When effervescent, add a little bit to the flour, constantly interfere in order to get a smooth dough. Once ready, leave to rise (dependent on the ambient temperature at me going for 15 minutes). In a deep bowl, mix the chopped ham, pressed garlic, mushrooms, tomato paste and spices. In a greased pan with sunflower oil spread dough evenly on all sides and cover with the already prepared mixture. Pizza bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes.
