Ingredients
1 pork shank
1 onion
slice celery
black pepper
# For the sauce:
onion
1 carrot
2-3 tomatoes
1 pepper

parsley

100 g mushrooms
100 g bacon
1/2 cup red wine
cheese
bay leaf
Method
Jolie is boiled in salted water with onion, celery and black pepper. For the sauce - fry the finely chopped onion, carrot, pepper and tomatoes. If we add a little water and leave the fire until the sauce thickens. To the finished sauce add bay leaf, parsley, garlic, salt, mushrooms, bacon and 1/2 cup red wine. Shank is allowed to simmer in the sauce. The dish pour in the tile or in a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until the baked crust.
