Rice with lemon

Ingredients
2 cups Rice
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 lemons
pepper
grated nutmeg
salt
Method
Rice is cleared and washed with hot water. Add in the fat until transparent. Add the spices and pour 5 cups hot water. Allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, add salt and pour the juice of two lemons. Serve warm.
