Roasted cream

Ingredients
300 g sugar
4 yolks
2 tsp starch
1 liter cream
2 vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
rind of 1 lemon
Method
Yolks beat with a mixer with sugar and starch to whiten . Gradually, by stirring the cream. Flavored with cinnamon, vanilla and lemon zest. Boil 10 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Cream is distributed into bowls and leave to cool and thicken. Then placed for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Before presenting watered with caramelized sugar.

At least I BRULE suits me, but with cinnamon, but I think it would be tasty pudding :)

Interesting cream will try it. I do the same, but instead put the cream of milk and put cinnamon.
