Sirenki of cottage cheese

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
1 egg
200 g flour
1 vanilla
frying fat
salt
Method
The cottage cheese is passaged. Add 100 g sifted flour, salt, vanilla and egg and a nice mix. The cottage cheese is placed on a surface sprinkled with flour. Form a roll and cut into 10 equal pieces. Gives them form a meatball. Rolled in flour and fry until golden. Serve with blueberry jam.
