Ingredients
300 g nettle
500 g chicken
1/2 cup Rice
2-3 scallions
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
salt and pepper
walnuts
parsley
Method
The meat is boiled in advance with a little salt and cut into small pieces. Nettle is washed well with gloves in order to avoid burned and cut too finely. Then stew with a little water and olive oil together with rice and onions and add to the soup with meat. Finally add optional grated walnuts and parsley for decoration.
