Stewed lamb kebab

Ingredients
1 kg lamb shoulder
4 large onions
3 tomatoes (maybe from a jar)
1 carrot
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
lovage
mint
1 cup red wine
pepper
cumin

Method
Cut the meat into cubes. Chop finely. Everything is placed in a pressure cooker and confused. Finally, pour the wine and water as gently bathe the meat. Stew on medium heat for about 30-35 minutes.
