Ingredients
150 g nettle
7-8 cloves garlic
400 g yogurt
1/3 cup walnuts
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
Method
Nettle is poured hot water and drain. Then cut into small pieces and with the garlic was crushed in a mortar. Yogurt stir with a wire whisk and the walnuts are roasted in a dry pan. In a suitable container mix nettles and garlic yogurt and add the walnuts.
