Tarator rustic

Ingredients
1 (300 g) cucumber
1 lettuce
8-10 garlic cloves
1/2 cup walnuts
1-2 tbsp (15 ml) vinegar
1 bunch dill
salt

Method
Grind the garlic with salt to graying. Add the cucumber, peeled and finely chopped and leaves of lettuce, rinsed and also chopped, chopped dill, vinegar and salt to taste. Stir and pour 5 cups cold water. To Tarator before serving his add chopped walnuts and optional a few drops of vegetable oil per serving. Serve cold.
