Ingredients
3 tomatoes
250 g canned tuna
1 onion
10 olives pitted
the juice of 1 lemon
oil
salt
parsley

Method
Finely chopped onion stir carefully with the fish in a salad bowl. Add sliced tomatoes, 5 olives and half the parsley. Season with olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Decorate with remaining olives and parsley. Serve cold.

tonight and we were on such a salad, but I put lemon juice, because tomatoes are not as sweet as summer. I added a little boiled corn, I love how it combines the taste of tomatoes.
