Turkey with green beans and walnuts

Ingredients
1 young turkey
3 kg frozen green beans
4 eggs
4 onions
1 cup (200 ml) olive oil or sunflower oil
2 cup cream
1 tbsp flour
2 bunches fresh coriander or parsley
100 g walnuts
salt
Method
The washed and dried turkey rub with salt inside and out and is smeared with some of the cream. Green beans cut and slightly stew in a little salted water. Chopped onion fry in olive oil, add stewed beans, half the chopped walnuts, a little cream and coriander link (parsley), chopped. The mixture was stifled, covered with a lid, then cooled and mixed with beaten eggs. The turkey is filled with some of this mixture and sewn with strong thread. The remaining green beans is added to the tray around the turkey. The dish is baked in a preheated oven from time to time be watered with the separated fat. The remaining cream is heated in the fire, add the remaining chopped walnuts, the second link coriander, finely chopped, salt and flour, blurred smooth kashitsa with a little water. The sauce boil a few minutes on medium heat until thickened, then was ground through a strainer or sieve. Baked turkey is removed from the oven and released from the strings. Divide into portions, served with green beans and pour the cream sauce.
