Vegetable soup with feta cheese in Karakachanski

Ingredients
1 handful (250 g) green beans
2 sticks (200 g) leek
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1/2 small cabbage (250 g) cabbage
Chapter 1 (150 g) cauliflower
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
150 g feta cheese
1 bunch parsley
5 cups (1 liter) broth
salt
Method
Green beans boiled in a little water, and triturated with a fork, pour broth and put the fire to boil. Onion, chopped, leeks, cut into chunks, cabbage, cut into strips, and cauliflower torn in small flowers smothered in fat about 10 minutes, then add the boiling broth. Add salt to taste. When the vegetables are cooked, add the grated feta cheese. After ten minutes, remove the soup from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
