Ingredients
2 leeks
800 g yogurt
50 ml sunflower oil
dill
walnuts
garlic
salt
Method
Leek cut into very thin strips, stew to softening in the oil and little water, salt and drain. Add the whipped yogurt with cold water. Tarator sprinkle with the chopped dill, pressed garlic and ground walnuts.
