Ingredients
500 g roasted peppers
400 g yoghurt
100 g mayonnaise
100 g chopped walnuts
3 eggs
100 g mushrooms
100 g ham
50 g cheese
100 g olives
salt
black pepper
oil
lettuce
Method
Sliced mushrooms fried in olive oil. Eggs are cooked. In a bowl mix the chopped peppers, eggs and ham. Add the mushrooms with fat, grated cheese, chopped olives and half walnuts. In another bowl whisk the milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour the products and mix. Salad served on lettuce leaves, sprinkled with remaining walnuts.
