Ingredients
          4 bunches of parsley
          3 eggs
          100 g grated feta cheese
          1 clove garlic
          white pepper
          1 tbsp flour
          # For the sauce:
          500 g yogurt
          2-3 cloves garlic
          salt
          1 / 2 bunch of dill
          fat frying
              Method
              Parsley cut onion in a bowl and add eggs consistently. Stir and taste with white pepper, garlic, finely chopped, and the feta cheese. Mix everything well. Add flour and stirred until a uniform mixture which is formed into a schnitzel. In heated with less fat frying pan bake at medium heat on both sides. Garnish with a sauce of yogurt mixed with chopped dill and garlic and seasoned with salt.

These are the so-called *meatballs parsley.* Are very tasty. Except flour add a little bread crumbs.
