Potato salad with sauce

Ingredients
3 large potatoes
1 onion
750 g yogurt
2 cucumbers
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp mint, finely chopped
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
salt
Method
Cook potatoes and allow to cool. Peel and cut into rings, 0.5 cm thick. Peel cucumbers, shredded and put in a colander (sieve) to drain. Add salt and after 10 minutes, squeezing his hand. Drained cucumbers mixed with yogurt. Add chopped garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt, if needed, and stir well. The bottom of the plateau rank potato rings. Cover with onion, cut into thin rings and pour the sauce. Sprinkle with mint.

I put a little more garlic, very small, dry lovage to the sauce and white pepper. Great salad season!

I do not like mint and replace it with dill. Will soon try. Thanks for the good recipe.

Fifth, it sounds delicious. Similar salad tried in our family and I liked. Fresh mint gives it a very fresh taste :)
