Method
Cherries are cleaned from the stems and wash thoroughly with water. Spread in 800 ml jars, add in 5-6 tbsp sugar and pour hot water to the neck of the jar. Optional in each jar can be added leaf geranium. Close the airtight cap and shaken and turned to completely dissolve the sugar. Sterilize 15 minutes of boiling water. sterilized jars turned down with the cap and leave so until completely cool, then harvested for storage.
