Ingredients
500 g flour
15 g of dry yeast (1 packet)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
100 g lard
50 g butter
200 g cream cheese
1 egg
100 g feta cheese Parmesan cheese (grated)
50 ml water
1 egg for egg wash
colorful salt for sprinkling

Method
Of all the products without egg for egg wash and lean salt for sprinkling a soft paste. Use dry yeast for leavening in baking (writes on the package without proving). Detach the dough 1 ball and the rest put in the fridge for not soften much. Roll crust 1 cm thick and cut into strips. Torsion bars, put on a tray covered with baking paper, spread with egg and sprinkle with colored salt. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees about 10 minutes.
