Nettle soup with rice

Ingredients
1 kg nettle
1 cup rice
1 carrot
1 large onion
pepper 1
2. tbsp flour
1 tbsp red pepper
sunflower oil
salt
1 egg

Method
Nettle is infused in hot water. Drained and cleared. Boil is then crushed in a mortar or passaged. Onion, carrot and pepper finely and fry, as put the flour and paprika. Add nettles and pour water. After the boil was added and the rice. Egg stir and put in the soup while it is still warm (it rags). Season with salt.

I had put nettle and wild chesun, construction work on it with yogurt and egg yolk, thanks for the recipe!

1 h. H rice is not it too much? Or how much water you put in order not to become too thick? :)
