Potato Meatballs with zucchini

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
500 g zucchini
1 egg
3 scallions
1 sprig fresh garlic
200 g feta cheese
30 g butter
2 tbsp flour
salt
dill
parsley
pepper

Method
Cook potatoes and smash with the butter. Courgettes are peeled, grated and drained well. Mix with the potatoes and add the crumbled feta cheese and other products. Everything is kneaded well. With greased hands, form balls, arranged in a thoroughly greased baking tray and bake in very hot oven for 15 minutes, turn and bake another 15 minutes.

as these balls are arranged in the baking pan you need to be flattened like a real meatball, or leave them as round balls?

I do not flatten many meatballs, whatever. But you can put more flour as you knead seen how it is.

Sometimes I do them that way, but I fried them. Now I will do as you suggest. I always prefer the baked goods. Maggie, why should turn meatballs after being baked in the oven? There are probably some reason.

Very tasty! I've done it several times over the years in the original recipe, which is a *Bon Appetit* and perhaps should be pointed out that there is a source (previously the link was http://bonapeti.novatv.bg/collection/?receipt= 183). I put a whole bunch of dill. Oil pre Fry and add it to 2-3 tablespoons oil with stirring. With this mixture paint baking pan. Any shaped meatball also coated with this mixture and put in the pan. Roast on a preheated 220 degrees oven. Cold beer are utepali ... !!! :)

There can be large differences in the preparation of similar recipes with almost the same ingredients now saw the recipe of Bon Appetit. I decided to make meatballs Zucchini, but I had a lot of volume / density and / added potatoes. And turn get a better tan;)
