Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
200 g rice
50 ml sunflower oil
# dairy sauce:
400 g yogurt
5-6 cloves garlic
salt
mint

Method
Sauerkraut cut into small pieces and fry in half of the oil, to evaporate its water. Nice rice is washed, fry in the remaining sunflower oil, until glass and add to cabbage. All stir and pour into pan. If cabbage is not very savory, pour the mixture with equal parts water and cabbage juice to cover. Bake in a moderate oven until the rice absorbs the water. Serve with sauce made from yogurt, seasoned with crushed garlic, salt and fresh mint. Optional in the sauce can put dill or parsley.

Quick, easy and delicious.
