200 g feta cheese

Method
From the feta cheese, milk, one egg and one white (yolk remains spreadable) gets involved filling. Spread the dough and the mixture is spread evenly over it. Wound on a roll and with a sharp knife cut the slugs. Smeared with egg yolk and bake in a very hot oven.

use long puff-pastry patties similar -ohlyuvi as an alternative to difficult here filo pastry. I sprinkle with sesame seeds and shredded parmezan- become very aromatic.
