2 Berliner
250 g strawberries
125 ml milk
90 g sugar
2 eggs
1 vanilla

Method
Berliner cut into slices and strawberries into halves. Eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk are broken. In a small glass tray rank Berliner strawberries and pour in the egg mixture. Bake in a water bath in a moderate oven. Serve cold. Recipes Berliner: Berliner Берлинери (Berlin donuts) without egg
