Winter salad of zucchini

Ingredients
5 kg zucchini
5 cloves garlic
250 ml vinegar
250 ml sunflower oil
salt
dill

Method
Courgettes are peeled and cut into cubes. Add other products and mix everything in a large pot or pan and bake in the oven until ready. The mixture is then filled into jars while hot, which turn with the cap down and left so for 24 hours. The next day is harvested in a cool place. The salad is not sterilized.

I think it probvamno want to ask after bake immediately warm you have to fill the jars. Aspirin does not put you?

to while hot filling and pleads with the caps down aspirin not have their vinegar

zatovva most convenient jars with screw caps (at least for me so)
