Gingerbread

Ingredients
85 g butter
3 tbsp sugar
100 g honey
1 egg
350 g flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp grated lemon and orange crusting

Method
In a deep pot melts the butter with the sugar and honey. After cooling, to the mixture was added to the egg. separately mix the flour with the baking soda and spices and add to the butter mixture. Add and citrus peels and the dough is kneaded by hand. Allow to cool for about an hour, then rolled and cut shapes optional. Arrange on baking sheet and bake 6-8 minutes on a preheated oven at 200C degrees. * Can be consumed immediately, as well as more stay, the more pronounced becomes the taste of spices. * obtained approximately 50 units of this dose.

The difference between ginger powder and fresh is too big and is not recommended to be replaced. Especially in the recipe for sweet where grated root can not be distributed evenly. My recommendation is to use the set as ginger powder and root leaving it to cooked dishes.
