Ingredients
100 g long-grain rice
250 ml chicken broth
50 ml soy sauce
2 onions
1 clove garlic
50 ml sunflower oil
10 g butter
pepper
thyme
ginger
salt
Method
In the heated sunflower oil and butter fry finely crushed onions, add garlic and wash the rice. Fry until golden. To put spices, pour broth and soy sauce and simmer until ready.
