Ingredients
50 g cottage cheese
50 g feta cheese
1 yolk
filo pastry sheets
butter or margarine spreads
sesame

Method
List of banitsa Spread lightly with butter or margarine optional. Leaves are cut into long strips 5 cm wide. The feta cheese, the cottage cheese and yolk mix, on each strip is placed in 1/2 tsp of the mixture and fold into a triangular shape, smeared with butter on top sprinkle with sesame seeds and arrange in pan greased with butter. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 C to redness. The stuffing can be mashed potatoes with dill or minced meat top can be smeared with egg and choice is yours, pictured have feta cheese and egg smeared with butter.
